Returns
Should you wish to return your wallpaper to us for an exchange or refund, please email contact@ericawakerlywallpaper.com. This is for new (unopened) wallpapers within 28 days of purchase. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier and we can advise on the best and cheapest service to use. Please email us contact@ericawakerlywallpapaper.com for assistance or help booking your return.
Faults - Please do note the Customer should check all wallpaper products for any faults before and during hanging. The Customer should only hang 3 drops before reporting a fault and should contact Erica Wakerly / Modern Surface Ltd immediately if a fault is found.
Please note that wallpapers produced to order (custom wallpapers and custom substrates) plus cut fabric lengths, are exempt from being returned.
To check colour and quality of the wallpaper and fabrics, please order samples or swatches from our online shop.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and this takes about 5 working days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email email us with your request.
Exchanges are at at our discretion outside of the 28 day order timeframe and additional delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
