UK Delivery

We deliver orders by trackable courier*

UK delivery will normally be within 3 working days from order (or longer as specified for individual made to order products). 

If there is any shortage in delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Erica Wakerly / Modern Surface Ltd within 48 hours of delivery.

The Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer must ensure that address details which they provide are accurate.

Erica Wakerly / Modern Surface Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost working time or any associated costs in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, incorrect, damaged or faulty.

*except samples are sent out by 1st class Royal Mail post.

 

International Delivery

We deliver internationally by trackable courier* usually within 5 business days of your order being placed.

Note - this excludes custom printed wallpapers, which have a longer lead time. This is communicated on a product by product basis for custom projects.

If there is any shortage in delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Erica Wakerly / Modern Surface Ltd within 48 hours of delivery.

The Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer must ensure that address details which they provide are accurate.

The Customer is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. Erica Wakerly / Modern Surface Ltd accepts no responsibility for any delay in clearing the products at customs.

*samples to non UK addresses may be posted by International post which take about 1-2 weeks to arrive.
